RCGW Return/Refund Policy
Roark Custom Golf Works will only honor refunds/cancelations on items purchased directly from roarkgolf.com. If your RCGW items were purchased from another distributor, you will need to contact them directly regarding their refund/exchange program.
We offer returns/refunds for stock items within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging. All refunds/returns must be approved and receive a return number prior to returning the product. Any products received by RCGW without an approved return number will not be processed. To begin the return process, please submit a request via our contact page or email us directly at info@roarkgolf.com.
*Custom orders/limited run items are not eligible for returns/refunds.*
*Shipping expenses for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer*
Warranty Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery. RCGW warrants all putters for quality of workmanship for a period of 1 year. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@roarkgolf.com and a team member will reach out to you.
With your claim, please include:
Original proof of purchase (required)
Reason for request
Photos of damage or defect
Once approved, RCGW will provide a free return shipping label and any additional information needed to complete the process.
Cancellation/Change Order Policy
We understand that situations change, and you may need to cancel your order. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines.
Canceled orders or returns for non-custom/non-limited release products will be in the form of a refund issued to your original form of payment (shipping costs are non-refundable). Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. RCGW reserves the right to deny any cancellation request.
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.
If you wish to change the details of an order, please do so by contacting info@roarkgolf.com within 24 of purchase. With your change request, please include order number, and the details you would like to modify. Once an order has been processed and entered production, changes can no longer be made.
