Ted Roark
President
Ted Roark is the second generation of the Roark family to lead C.F. Roark Welding & Engineering. Since joining the business in 1980, he has helped build its reputation for precision manufacturing and aerospace craftsmanship—the same foundation of quality and innovation behind Roark Golf today.
Michael VanDeventer
Director of Golf
Michael VanDeventer oversees Roark Golf’s product development, fitting, sales, marketing, and customer experience. An accomplished competitive golfer, he brings a player’s perspective to the development process, helping connect Roark’s precision manufacturing expertise with the performance needs of today’s golfers.
Jordan Roark
Vice President of Engineering
Jordan Roark represents the third generation of the Roark family and serves as Vice President of Engineering. A Rose-Hulman graduate, he brings an engineering-driven approach to Roark Golf, helping guide products from concept through production while maintaining the precision standards developed through decades of aerospace manufacturing.
Ty Phelps
Director of Sales & Marketing
Ty Phelps leads sales and marketing efforts for Roark, overseeing strategy, partnerships, and customer outreach. He helps grow Roark Golf’s presence and tell the story behind its unique combination of golf, engineering, and aerospace manufacturing while maintaining the personal approach at the heart of the brand.
